Terms of Apprenticeship Contracts
Apprenticeship Contract
- Contract Type: Fixed-term (CDD) or Permanent (CDI)
- Contract Duration: Equivalent to the duration of the training program.
- Age: From 16 to 29 years old (exceptions possible)
- Remuneration: Between 27% and 100% of the SMIC depending on age and level of education, or the conventional minimum wage if more favorable.
Professionalization Contract
- Contract Type: Fixed-term (CDD) or Permanent (CDI)
- Contract Duration: Between 6 and 24 months.
- Age: From 16 years old
- Remuneration: Between 55% and 100% of the SMIC depending on age and level of education, or the conventional minimum wage if more favorable.
Schedule
1 day per week at school
/ 4 days per week in the company
